Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2
What's the Job?
Capture and refine business and system requirements based on stakeholder needs.
Work closely with the Development Team to translate requirements into actionable specifications.
Perform Cost/Benefit Analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy.
Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and application performance.
What's Needed?
5+ years of midrange technical experience.
Experience with regulatory reporting tools like Axiom or RegReporter.
Strong understanding of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proven experience in coordinating deployment changes through various environments.
Excellent planning and reporting skills.
