What's the Job?

• Capture and refine business and system requirements based on stakeholder needs.

• Work closely with the Development Team to translate requirements into actionable specifications.

• Perform Cost/Benefit Analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy.

• Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and application performance.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of midrange technical experience.

• Experience with regulatory reporting tools like Axiom or RegReporter.

• Strong understanding of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Proven experience in coordinating deployment changes through various environments.

• Excellent planning and reporting skills.
