Robert Half is seeking a Senior Tax Staff Accountant to become a key player in our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on providing strategic tax guidance and managing complex tax laws to enhance business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate Complex Tax Laws: Provide insightful tax guidance and support on special tax projects, ensuring compliance with current laws.

• Tax Return Review: Expertly handle and review a variety of tax returns, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulations.

• Client Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, optimizing their tax processes and financial strategies.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff, clients, and management to drive project success and innovation.

• Talent Development: Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performing team environment.

• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with partners on business and growth strategies, enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Effective Communication: Maintain robust communication channels to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of projects.

  Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

• Certification: Must possess CPA certification.

• Experience: Minimum of three years in public accounting, with a strong background in tax accounting.

• Skills: Proficient in accounting software and financial systems; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge: Excellent understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance testing.
