JPMorgan Chase Software Engineer in Plano, Texas

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop high fidelity applications and sophisticated client interactions solutions for our corporate and investment banking clients. Utilize Full Stack along with a Java, SpringBoot skillset and be responsible for design, development and testing of IBOR Platform applications. Work with an existing development team to create the new Application and maintain the existing platforms. Accountable for design, development, implementation and post-implementation maintenance and support. Develop and test new interfaces, enhancements/changes to existing interfaces and new reporting capabilities. Work on the migration and integration of the application on the AWS cloud.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Applications Consultant, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Applications Consultant, Systems Engineer, Technical Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Windows; Agile SDLC; Waterfall SDLC; Microservices; Apache Kafka; J2EE; Spring; Java; SQL; XML; Maven; AWS Cloud Services; Oracle; Splunk; GIT; Unit Testing; Javascript; ReactNative; HTML5; Dockers; Jenkins; Kubernetes; Junits; NoSQL; RESTful API's; JMS; Mule; Kafka; RabbitMQ; React JS; CSS; HTML; Mockito; and Junit.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Parkway, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
