Manage a team of 6 to 8 technology members in installing support packs, conducting upgrades, executing backup/recovery, system refresh and troubleshooting and database administration. Conduct failover of production systems and monitor and performance tuning of SAP systems. Install and maintain software including upgrades and database administration; apply kernel patches, OSS Notes and Support Packages. Implement and maintain multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment. Work with SAP HANA database administration. Configure SAP HANA High Availability and Disaster Recovery. Use SAPs Solution Manager, SAP HANA Studio, SAP OSS Notes, Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, and version upgrades.
