Manage a team of 6 to 8 technology professionals with installing support packs, conducting upgrades, executing backups/recovery, system refresh and troubleshooting as well as database administration. Apply kernel patches, OSS Notes and support packages. Implement and maintain multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, testing, training and production). Work with SAP HANA Basis and database, SAP HANA high availability and Disaster Recovery, and PO/PI integration platform. Work in depth with AWS/SAP technology including automation scripting and optimizing infrastructure services. Use SAP Solution Manager and SAP HANA Studio.
