BlackBox Sales Operations Analyst in PLANO, Texas
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Support and enhance the usage of multiple software packages such as Salesforce.com, LinkedIn and
RainKing.
Maintain and improve the initial implementation of Salesforce.com including the shaping of future
phases and rollouts.
Create and provide pipeline reports, dashboards, list views to support the business.
Ensure proper access and content is available for the sales team and other end users.
Work with Account Managers, Sales Engineers and Project Managers to ensure proper completion
of records in Salesforce.com.
Demonstrate a strong business acumen with a working understanding of sales, marketing,
marketing automation systems, product development and sales territory structures.
Provide software support for users company-wide.
Develop working relationships with Value-added Resellers (VAR) within the industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience with CRM systems, reporting and rollout and adoption, Salesforce.com preferred
Good working experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Ability to quickly learn new analytic techniques and related tools
Ability to assist sales team members with a variety of questions
Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking
Strong problem solving skills
Education and Experience Requirements
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Focus (Field of Study): Business or Marketing
Relevant Work Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Experience Specifics (if applicable): Technology industry/VAR experience preferred
Required Certifications: Salesforce.com Administration Certification preferred
Ability to travel is essential.
