Job Descriptions:

Job Summary: The Sales and Account Manager is a central figure in delivering outstanding service and support to Brand Partners (BPs) and leaders. This IN-HOUSE role combines high-level customer service, sales support, and leadership development expertise to meet the needs of our BPs. As a liaison between customers, sales leaders, and corporate teams, the representative will ensure inquiries are resolved effectively while fostering growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer and Sales Support:

  • Serve as the primary contact for BPs, providing assistance with product inquiries, rewards plans, sales orders, promotions, and events.

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency.

  • Process sales orders, returns, recalls, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Perform outbound calls for customer satisfaction follow-ups and issue resolutions.

  • Leadership Development and Field Engagement:

  • Provide training and support to BPs on business-building strategies, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

  • Act as a mentor to sales leaders, guiding them in achieving their business objectives.

  • Participate in events, meetings, and recognition activities to build and maintain strong relationships with BPs.

  • Strategic Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement sales-driven campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Maintain and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide daily updates to management on escalated issues, customer interactions, and key activities.

  • Develop and share success stories and testimonials from BPs to inspire and educate the field.

  • Ensure alignment and consistent messaging across teams and customer interactions.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead by example with integrity, accountability, and a customer-first attitude.

  • Assist in on-boarding and training new team members.

  • Support cross-functional projects with compliance, marketing, and sales departments.

Required Experience:

Requirements:

  • Core Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations.

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including issue resolution and satisfaction tracking.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with video editing, graphic design, or copywriting.

  • Familiarity with dietary supplements and regulatory guidelines.

  • Experience:

  • Proven experience in leadership development and supporting independent sales teams.

  • Education:

  • High school diploma required; college education preferred.

  • Additional Attributes:

  • High energy, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Availability to handle after-hours requests as needed.
