SCHEDULE: PRN Days; with on-call

PACU Department Highlights:

HERE's WHAT YOU NEED:

EDUCATION:

· Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in nursing required.

· BSN preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

· One Year experience as a clinical nurse,

· Critical Care, ICU or PACU Experience required.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:

· RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required

· BCLS—Basic Cardiac Life Support Upon—prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.

· ACLS—Advanced Cardiac Life Support—within 90 days of hire required.

· PALS—Pediatric Life Advanced Life Support—within 90 days of hire required.

· TNCC— Trauma Nurse Core Course—Preferred

· ENPC— Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course—Preferred

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Provide safe patient care

· Have knowledge of human emotions during health and illness

· Maintain Daily Assignments
