We add conditions from the loans - then we start a chat with the branch operations to the loans

Skills:

loan processing, loan processor, mortgage, credit, deposits, fha, va, conventional, loans, encompass, Administration, Office suite

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of loan processing experience

Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders

Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is

Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines

Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans

Encompass experience preferred
