Come join the Risk Operations in our Fintech Business Unit as a Learning and Development Facilitator.
What you'll bring
2+ years of relevant experience in risk management
Proficient with G-Suite and other relevant software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to deescalate customers and effectively handle difficult situations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs
Strong work ethic with high integrity and ethics
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
Strong understanding of customer service and customer empathy
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
A bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, accounting or related field a plus
Delivers training programs, workshops and classes
Manages the classroom through effective facilitation processes that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learnin
Partners with Training managers to identify and close organizational performance gaps specific to supported areas
Provides coaching, mentoring, and informal leadership to other trainers
Teaches other trainers and non-trainers to deliver well-defined training programs. Mentors / coaches other individuals delivering workshops
Partners with instructional designers during needs analyses to analyze new or redesigned workshops and provides input and feedback after course is delivered
Works flexible hours to support delivery of workshops which exceed the typical workday
Travels at least 25-50% of the time
How you will lead
Training conducted based on well-defined curriculum
Classrooms set up properly (materials, technology, space)
Daily program/course schedules for multiple day classes aligned with design plan or adjusted to meet audience needs
Training compliance audits for outsourcers and vendors
Audit reports and recommendations for compliance gaps and performance gaps
Coaches/Supervisors/Managers trained to support trainees' transfer of learning from the classroom or technical based training (TBT) to the job
Needs analyses input
Delivery of train the trainer programs
Program/course effectiveness feedback delivered to designers
Workshops/courses delivery based on specific content and style required by the partner and/or customer
Evaluation input regarding the effectiveness of trainers they are mentoring
