Job summary:

As a Senior Product Associate on the Advisor Platform & Experiences team, you will be a key member of the team managing our Onboarding and Coverage tools such as the Rep Reassignment Tool and Investments Dashboard.

The Advisor Platform & Experiences team is responsible for the strategy, execution and ongoing support for the U.S. Wealth Management (USWM) business as it relates to all things impacting the Advisor Desktop. Our team drives forward initiatives and advances the strategic roadmap while modernizing technology delivery through a multi skilled workforce. You will respond to and address evolving business and operations priorities from a technology perspective across Wealth Management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Owners and Product Leads in the Advisor Platform and Experiences team

  • Work with technical teams to address any production issues

  • Determine critical business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis

  • Assist in the design, evaluation and analysis of business processes, systems and user needs

  • Assist in creating test cases and leading User Acceptance Testing as needed

  • Document requirements in various written formats to present to different groups

  • Maintain user groups, roles and system entitlements

  • Analyze user feedback and determine opportunities for future phases of product lifecycle

  • Monitor and report on existing projects, timelines, delivery plans, and escalate issues in a timely manner

  • Propose potential solutions to resolve current user pain points and identify areas of opportunity for technical improvement

  • Perform in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and results

  • Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers

  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BS/BA degree - Accounting, Finance, or Business equivalent military experience

  • 3+ years' experience in financial services with the focus on clients, advisors, service, project management or support

  • Ability to provide clear vision and documentation for project partners, including use cases, product/business requirements, timelines and user stories

  • Solid analytical skills and writing skills, to capture and document business requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently; able to influence stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and on a team; agility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle working within strict timelines

  • Experience in Agile methodology and Jira

  • Strong ability to manage changes to scope, roadmap, and backlog

  • Advanced MS Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant hands-on business and technical background preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with key stakeholders

  • Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate

  • Ability to tailor communications (i.e., high level vs detailed level) based on the audience it pertains to
