job summary:

We are looking for a dedicated agent to join our team to assist with password resets. Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and is dependable and punctual.

Job Duties - Agent is responsible for assisting users with password resets and documentation of interaction in ticketing system.

Job Requirements -

Agent must be able to take calls from users, identify what the user is trying to log in to, verify the user is the owner of the account using security questions, reset the user's password, and document the interaction into the ticketing system.

Desired Skills & Experience -

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to customers and coworkers with a wide range of technological skill levels.

Ability to work well with a team.

Computer and web browser troubleshooting experience.
