JOB DUTIES:
Analyze digitalmarketing campaign performance across various marketing channels and supportmarketing teams and stakeholders through marketing analytics. Consistentlymonitor campaigns to ensure KPIs are met. Pull data from internal and externaldata sources via SQL. Develop, debug, and execute SQL code for acquiring thecorrect data with needed dimension. Partner with Digital Marketing on real timeoptimizations as well as own weekly and monthly scorecards. Present yourwritten analysis and data insights to stakeholders including senior businesspartners regularly, across different teams. Cull insights into actionableoptimizations to drive online and offline KPIs. Prepare the whys behind performancetrends and communicate both in written and verbal. Drive innovation bycollaborating with the marketing team to recommend and execute tests onmarketing campaigns and site promotional pages to increase conversion and ROIand share the results from A/B testing. Analyze customer data to report bycustomer segment, geography, and timeframe. Help forecast future performancefor campaigns and marketing channels by using various forecasting techniquesand creating alerts. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends,direct competitor activities and new product launches. Collaborate acrossmarketing channel owners, advanced analytics and IT, and agency partners onreporting synergies and accuracies. Analyze customer data to report andrecommend strategies for customer segmentation, customer lifetime value andcustomer retention. Write Python code for advanced analytics around customerretention, customer lifetime value, churn analysis. Apply your expertise inquantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to identifyopportunities for business improvements and support your recommendations.Conduct functional and technical analysis of ML-driven opportunities. Balancestatistical models, ML models to provide business pertinent insights. Selectand test predictive models, recommendations, anomaly detection. Build machinelearning models for classification and regression to discover predictiveinsights related to network and business objectives. Use quantitative analysis,data mining and machine learning methodologies for inference around topics suchas customer retention, customer segmentation, customer lifetime value and churnanalyses for all lines of business using python to identifyopportunities/recommend strategies to support marketing initiatives and stakeholders.
Requires 15% domestictravel.
JOBREQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics,Business Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldand 2 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science. Experience toinclude 2 years using Structured Query Language (SQL) for Analysis; utilizingquantitative analysis, Data Mining and Machine Learning; using Python for DataManipulation and advanced analytics; and Data Visualization for Dashboards.
