Base Salary:$60,000 - $80,000/year

You Will:

• Lead and manage a team of billing specialists, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee invoice preparation and client records, resolving inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with all billing guidelines and regulations.
• Provide customer support for billing disputes or inquiries.
• Draft and distribute reports on invoicing and billing metrics.
• Develop and implement billing policies to streamline operations.
• Keep staff informed and trained through various communication formats.
• Monitor and review billing processes, recommending improvements.

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree highly preferred.
• At least five years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Basic understanding of collection practices and laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism.
• Extreme attention to detail.
