Job Title: AP SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a skilled AP Specialist who is proficient with Concur Invoice for processing invoices and has a strong understanding of assigning, submitting, and approving invoices. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the coding of invoices in accordance with general accounting practices and serve as a core user of Concur Request (Purchase Order module) for processing, training, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will be the primary contact for all invoices associated with Requests/POs in Concur and perform quality control audits of expense reports to ensure compliance with company policy. Timely completion of expense report audits is essential, including contacting employees for any missing documentation or approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices using Concur Invoice, ensuring accurate assignment, submission, and approval.

  • Code invoices in accordance with general accounting practices.

  • Serve as a core user of Concur Request (Purchase Order module) for processing, training, and troubleshooting.

  • Act as the primary contact for all invoices associated with Requests/POs in Concur.

  • Perform quality control audits of expense reports in Concur Expense to ensure compliance with company policy.

  • Complete expense report audits within specified deadlines.

  • Contact employees for missing documentation or approvals.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with Concur Invoice and Concur Request.

  • Experience with invoice processing and data entry.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.

  • Ability to process 150 invoices a day.

  • Experience with three-way matching, accounting, and invoicing.

  • Strong vendor management skills.

  • Experience with Intacct or other automated ERP systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Concur Expense preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid schedule with an introduction to a lead position. The office is located off Granite Parkway and features a close-knit team that values caring for one another and supporting each other. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00
