We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in light industrial recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, interviewing, and selecting candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements of our clients. This role involves thorough evaluation of candidates' work history, education, job skills, and compensation needs, and matching them with the appropriate job opportunities.

salary: $30 - $34 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Converse with and ask questions of job applicants to assess their qualifications.

• Check employment applications and examine candidates' work history, education, training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications.

• Record additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other data pertinent to the selection and referral of applicants.

• Review job descriptions and match applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file searches.

• Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules, working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information.

• Refer selected applicants to the hiring manager.

• Keep records of applicants not selected for employment.

• Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
