Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center is seeking a part time Palliative Care APN to join their team. The Palliative Care specialty provides pain/symptom management, psychosocial support and advance care planning for patients and families facing serious illness. The palliative care inpatient providers are responsible for working as a consultant throughout the hospital, visiting patients and families and offering recommendations to the primary medical team. Consultations occur in all acute care settings. The providers will provide expert symptom management and guides important discussions with patients and families to promote a personalized, comprehensive plan that aligns psychosocial, spiritual, and medical care with patient and family care goals.

Minimum Requirements

· Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program with a MSN or DNP

· Nation board certification

· RN and CRNP licensure in the State of New Jersey

· CPR certification

OR

· Master's Degree

· Graduate of Accredited Physician Assistant Training Program (PA-C)

· New Jersey Licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)

· National Board Certification

· CPR certification
