Penn Medicine Princeton Health is hiring for a full time Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Cardiopulmonary Rehab unit.

In our cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation unit, we work in a medically supervised specialty, focusing on cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses using a multidisciplinary approach to deliver a comprehensive rehabilitation program. Our Clinical Staff assists in providing therapy for patients with chronic respiratory disease, optimizes cardiovascular disease risk reduction, and promotes adherence to healthy life-style behaviors. Our Assistant Nurse Manager is a professional Registered Nurse who is responsible for the direct supervision of nursing staff. You will be responsible for the day-to-day managerial functions of the unit, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, Actings as a role model and mentor for staff in the clinical setting, maintaining open communication with staff via scheduled shift meetings and Promoting effectiveness of risk management, hospital and regulatory compliance on unit, by appropriate education, investigation and enforcement of hospital and regulatory policies and procedures in these areas.

What We Require for this Role:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required or in pursuit of.

Related Work Experience

  • Minimum of 15 months RN working experience.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.

  • Active NJ RN license required.
