 Lead a group to perform conceptual design, site survey, design turnover, and construction administration. Perform Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and Plumbing system design and calculation including creating design drawings, schematic reports, and cost estimate. Perform engineering analysis and modeling, including building load calculations and energy analysis, and airflow modeling. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to develop coordinated design documents.  Lead continuous improvement projects to further improve the quality and efficiency of the workflow. Responsible for people management activities including onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
