Description

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Plainfield, Illinois. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of accounting duties, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Process credit applications from customers efficiently

• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy

• Play a key role in invoice processing and inventory management

• Use Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Perform account reconciliation tasks

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Assist with billing tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to manage Billing procedures

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle financial software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software

• Knowledge of SAP financial software
