Position Summary:

The Executive Assistant will be part of the Marketing and Supply Chain leadership team and provide administrative support to the CMO and the Marketing leaders in an innovative, fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate must possess the ability to stay several steps ahead and anticipate the needs of the executive. Tasks and duties include but are not limited to keeping calendars in a timely manner, planning travel, expense reports and departmental events. In addition, we are looking for someone with high-energy, knockout interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude who will take great pride in being an Executive Assistant and who will serve as an ambassador for the Marketing and Supply Chain department.

The ideal individual must be creative, enjoy working independently on projects, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

The Executive Assistant will possess the ability to exercise sound judgment in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, reporting/analytics, and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

  • At times, flexibility is needed when the executive travels in different time zones

  • Ability to travel 5% of work time

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Independently provide high-quality support and anticipate the needs of the executive

  • Act as a liaison, problem-solver, facilitator, and first point of contact for the executive and others in the department

  • Manage the day-to-day workflow and maintain a work environment that enables the success of the executive

  • Provide extensive calendar management, anticipate needs and proactively, and effectively manage time accordingly

  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently where appropriate

  • Coordinate events

  • Quarterly Marketing and Supple Chain department meetings, philanthropy, team building, and off-sites

  • Assist the executive in the completion of high-level reports, documentation, and presentations

  • Create and maintain various databases, reports, and records as well as produce, verify and analyze data

  • Independently run small projects and initiatives

  • Collaborate with other senior leader's executive assistants to enable a culture of success

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Associate's Degree in business, marketing or technology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1-3 year professional experience
