- Shipping out sales orders, and receiving in purchase orders, which includes package handling, manual forklift, lifting boxes from 1 lbs. up to 70 lbs.

- Verification of part numbers and quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments with purchase orders

- Communicate sales order issues or questions to Customer Service Team

- Make packaging decisions to ensure safe transport of equipment by using appropriate packing material

- Generate required shipping documents packing list, commercial invoice, BOL, and other international required documents for international customer orders.

- Process shipments in multiple carrier shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and company internal shipping systems

- Coordinate pickup arrangements with forwarders and customer carriers as needed.

- Keep files of products shipped and received

- Reconciliation of lost / missing material.

- Verify and accept or decline packages from carrier services and trucking companies

- Keep shipping dashboard of incoming orders updated in a weekly basis

- Manage stock and inventory control of shipping materials and supplies

- Conduct physical annual inventory of warehouse materials

- Daily review of backlog orders report to make sure shippable orders are shipped timely.

- Generate/update required Standard of Procedure (SOP) documents to keep shipping/receiving processes fully documented.

- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

- Other duties may be assigned to assist other Operations departments as workload requires.

Job Qualifications

- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience minimum

- Detail oriented with written and verbal communication skills and emphasis on following standard processes

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
