As a Professional Engineering Services Supervisor here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will lead and supervise a team of engineering professionals in providing exceptional engineering services to our customers. With your technical expertise and leadership skills, you will ensure the successful execution of engineering projects and the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our Manager Custom Solutions and Professional Services and you'll work out of our Pittsford, New York location on a hybrid work schedule.

LenelS2’s Professional Engineering Services Team is a group of skilled system engineers that assist in the deployment, upgrade, and migration of LenelS2 access control systems critical to the security operations of customers including Fortune 100 firms, financial institutions, universities, and government facilities.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our customers' experience by leading a team of engineers to deliver exceptional engineering services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Drive billable utilization of Professional Services resources

-Develops and implements mitigation and corrective actions. Serves as an escalation resource in providing leadership for resolving existing client issues relative to Professional Services.

-Work with PES System Engineers to track project milestones/deliverables and perform project maintenance tasks on a regular (i.e. weekly/monthly/quarterly) basis.

-Establish and coordinate responsibilities and procedures for direct a staff that effectively and efficiently attains desired results. -----Promote a positive and motivational atmosphere.

-Responsible setting up and tracking operational metrics to measure services delivery.

-Provide Service Sales Forecasting and Reporting.

-Responsible for Professional Service resource management; identifies all departments needs and makes decisions that result in the future success of Professional Engineering Services

-Ensure Sales and VAR channel have appropriate service materials to successfully deliver at client engagements.

The annual base salary range for this position is $79,700 -$99,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

-5 years security industry experience\ OnGuard Access Control System experience

-5 years management level with progressive leadership capabilities shown

-Strong background in providing technical solutions; ability to provide project leadership and manage issues to a successful resolution.

-Outstanding customer service orientation. The candidate demonstrates the ability to develop strong, long-term customer relationships.

-Demonstrated leadership qualities; managed and measured performance of personnel at all levels

WE VALUE

-Master's degree in Engineering or a related field OR 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of documented experience and skills

-Experience in building automation or related industries

-Project management experience

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
