What does the Executive Assistant- Commercial do?
Provides support with the achievement of strategic objectives of the executive and their team; Responsible for coordinating activities and ensuring timely flow of information to and from management; providing administrative support to the EVP and their team; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information. Provides high quality service to our internal and external customers.
What is needed to be successful in this role?
An associates degree in a related field and specialized bank education and training required.
A minimum of 1-5 years' experience in related administrative or banking positions normally required.
Notary Public License strongly preferred, or willingness to acquire within 6 months to 1-year of the position.
Working knowledge of internal computer systems necessary.
Strong sense of duty, accountability, and service, with high detail orientation.
What does a successful first year in this position look like?
Calendar, time, and travel management
Manages the calendar of the EVP, Chief Lending Officer (CLO) by proactively scheduling and planning to meet deadlines in an organized manner.
As necessary, prepares reservations for necessary travel, transportation, or meals.
Meeting management
Schedules appointments, reserves conference rooms, manages technology/facility related logistics for executive level meetings with high quality and finishing touches. Orders or prepares refreshments as needed.
Prepares and disseminates meeting agendas and/or reviewed, pre-work such as review of relevant history or meeting documentation is completed, follow-ups are documented and acted upon.
As assigned, accountable for detailed meeting minutes and development of drafted program plans.
Presentations, documentation, and reporting
Creates of a broad variety of documents and materials for the CLO, including PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
Ensures processes and procedures are completed and easily accessible.
Supports the preparation and dissemination of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to necessary audiences such as department, Board of Directors, Audit Committees, etc.
Supports the achievement of the entire lending division strategic plans in various ways, as assigned by the CLO.
Runs the data collection and coordination of Regulatory, Loan Review and Audit related activities.
Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
Organizes and participates in the Administrative Associate and Portfolio Manager round table meetings, supporting with the generation of agendas, scheduling of guests, meeting minutes, and report outs.
Supports the coordination and organization of supportive committee meetings such as Officer Loan Committee and Asset Review Committee.

Compensation range- $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
The actual salary offered within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
