This position is a vital part of our team and will provide in house training for those that have no experience with medical records. This position may require very rare travel to our Great Barrington location. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Filing patient charts alphabetically - Preparing charts for upcoming patient visits - Answering phone lines regarding medical records - Faxing - Assisting patients and other doctor\'s offices when requesting copies of medical records Ask us about our frame/glasses benefit!
