Lead a group of dedicated clinical team members working collaboratively to positively impact families and communities one youth at a time. Position Description: The Lead Therapist will provide weekly clinical supervision to all therapists and interns on the campus, provide oversight to campus clinical interventions. Additional responsibilities include assisting in crisis management and supporting day-to-day needs of the campus clinical department. They will also provide clinical services for students as needed. This includes individual and family therapy, treatment team participation, paperwork, coordination of student treatment plans, and group therapy facilitation. The Lead Therapist works with the campus clinical department to ensure all clinical responsibilities are carried out in an appropriate and timely manner. Educational Requirements: Master\'s degree in Counseling or Social Work, Independent License is Required Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing agency supported, evidence-based approaches appropriate to each child.; Participate in diagnostic and high-risk assessment process; Provide psychiatric and behavioral crisis support; Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings; Make home visits for family work as required; Participate in psychiatric review and provide information as requested by the doctor; Manage and communicate intake & discharge updates for the campus. 2. Attend all scheduled trainings/in services; Maintain/pursue licensure and continuing Education Units (CEU) as necessary; Plan and provide training to the campus or agency on clinical topics as requested. 3. Participate in Clinical Administration meetings and endeavors; Provide support to campus administrators around campus clinical issues; Participate in committees, professional development groups as specified; Assist in internal program evaluations. 4. Complete all agency required treatment documentation in a timely manner; Provide treatment information to outside agencies as necessary; Provide enhanced services (placement authorization, electronic reporting systems, increased case management, etc.) to meet funding/contractual obligations. 5. Provide weekly clinical supervision of all essential duties & responsibilities for campus therapists and interns; Facilitate weekly clinical meetings; responsible for supporting and co-facilitating Parent Advisory Group meetings when required
