Overall Summary: The Voice Network Analyst provides business support for communication related services used in Duquesne Light facilities and by all employees.The position will manage business and contractual relationships with external telecommunications providers, providing reporting, auditing, and asset management services.The role will involve management of collaboration applications and audio/visual solutions.
Location: Hybrid (see below), downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Job Responsibilities Monitors wireless and wireline accounts and their associated assets, analyzing usage and cost, providing forecasts and recommendations for cost control Works with team members to complete requests, changes, and decommissions related to wireless devices, collaboration hardware, and AV equipment Builds relationships between DLC departments to determine telecommunication needs Supports the company digital signage solution Visix AxisTV Supports the company mobile router solution
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related discipline Two (2+) or more years of telecommunications support, telecom account management, or related IT support experience is required. Additional experience in the following areas is strongly preferred: knowledge of voice technologies both wired and wireless, accounting/invoice management acumen, contract management and financials experience.

Scope: Primary focus is on daily deliverables, outputs and reporting. Typically, accountable for managing one's own time and workflow. Responsible for using prescribed guidelines to analyze situations and solve problems. Work is typically of moderate complexity requiring the incumbent to draw on previous knowledge to perform role. Continues to build knowledge base and develop capabilities by partnering with more experienced staff as needed.
Decision Impact: Resolves problems of a greater complexity than the former. Improves existing processes & systems using conceptualizing, reasoning, & interpretation skills. Solutions require through understanding of business strate ies and issues. Defines broad based solutions that would require consideration of wider implications on organization results & resources.
Hybrid Work: Position follows our hybrid work model, with a minimum of two days working in the office and the remaining days working remotely. Reporting location and frequency may be subject to change based on job role and department needs. Travel within Duquesne Light footprint is required. Minimal travel may be required outside of the footprint for industry-related activities.

Data Governance: Utilize data to make business decisions as appropriate for the position, support data stewardship activities and partner with IT on underlying data needs.
