We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Control II to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Contribute to the compliance efforts of the business by assisting them in meeting complex regulatory and policy requirements. Partner with business partners and business leadership to develop and implement control improvements based on assessments. Contribute to the development of projects and programs aimed at improving compliance and enhancing the control environment. Analyze control processes to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and guide the business in implementing improvements. Maintain strong working relationships with staff, business partners and business leadership to ensure timely delivery of information and favorable conditions for compliance activities. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Business or Finance degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Financial Services, Audit or Compliance background and/or experience with financial services compliance At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
