What We DoAssists in the administration of trust accounts and provide sales support within Wealth Management maintaining relationships with sales and portfolio business divisions, industry vendors and private wealth clients.

What You'll Do Assists Trust Officers in managing assets and accounts. May serve as the primary contact for customers with large and complex accounts. Prepares and participates in court appearances and audits. Collects assets and sets up accounts. Monitors investment activities. Assists managers and supervisors with Trust client escalation calls as they arise from Sales Managers, Wealth Management Advisors and Relationship Managers. Takes calls from the inbound Wealth Management general line and follows up on incoming sales leads. Maintains accurate customer database by creating and updating customer profiles in Salesforce. Assists on company projects related to the management of Salesforce and Docusign. Performs additional tasks related to the efficient administration of trust accounts for which the institution acts as trustee or agent.

What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 4-7 years of related experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated; self-starter Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Pay Range: $23.82-$41.35 per hour

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
