DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Arconic is currently in search of a Systems Analyst, Analytics to join our Enterprise Applications IT team in Pittsburgh, PA.

Primary Responsibilities  * Partners with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports.  * Lead several key growth opportunities in data analytics.  * Provides technical support for existing reports, dashboards, and other tools.  * Collaborate with team members to identify new technologies and help develop the corporate analytics strategy.   * Create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations

Key Objectives  * Enable the strategic expansion of analytic reporting to new/existing clients by building solutions and clearly communicating the capabilities/value of the platform.  * Support existing analytics reporting and implement change requirements within a structured change control process as well as troubleshooting issues that arise.  * Translates data results into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts to convey information to management.  * Establish a high level of stakeholder interaction to identify and recommend solutions that effectively and efficiently satisfy the data processing and information requirements of the business.   * Work closely with customers to develop and maintain a roadmap for future analytics projects.   * Lead the discovery, planning, and implementation of process improvements in individual tasks and in the work team.  * Follow the governance model that meets all guidelines detailed in the audit/compliance tool (with a specific focus on business partnerships, change control, disaster recovery, and security) for assigned area(s) of responsibility.  * Operate within an offshore model that provides development and/or support solutions in the assigned area(s) of responsibility.  * Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in job requirements, changes in technology, and changes in the organization.

Basic Qualifications  * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related subject from an accredited institution.  * Minimum 3 years related experience.   * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. 

Preferred Qualifications  * Experience with business analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)  * Strong human relation skills, and able to interact with internal and external customers, vendors, other IS professionals, and Arconic IT management.  * Provide effective verbal and written communication skills  * Minimum1 year of experience in business analytics.  * Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.  * Knowledge of SQL language  * Basic experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Automate, etc)  * Familiarity with Scrum or other agile project management frameworks.  * Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment.  * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is a key success factor.
