Description We are in search of a Staff Accountant to become part of our team, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role is rooted in the industry of accounting, where you will be entrusted with tasks such as processing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and managing the general ledger.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable (AP) operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and timely

• Oversee accounts receivable (AR) activities, and ensure all payments are received and recorded properly

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy

• Manage the general ledger, making sure all financial information is accurate and up-to-date

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the accounting process

• Participate in the month-end close process, reviewing and adjusting financial records as necessary

• Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in performing various accounting tasks. Requirements • Applicant must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of accounting.

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Demonstrable ability to handle bank reconciliations.

• Solid understanding of General Ledger maintenance.

• Experienced in creating and managing journal entries.

• Must be able to handle the month-end close process efficiently.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting operations.

• Familiarity with Oracle software for accounting purposes.

• Must have working experience with QuickBooks.

• Knowledge of SAP software for accounting and financial management.
