Sr. Human Resources Technology Analyst

Omnicell is adding to its HR Technology Team!! The HR Technology team manages the foundational system platforms, as well as the business processes, in place to support the employee life cycle. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Technology Analyst to help guide strategy and be responsible for the design, management, and optimization of all aspects of our HR Technology foundation using Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Competence across the primary Oracle HCM Cloud modules in configuration, troubleshooting, and process such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR, Benefits (Open Enrolment/provider integrations), Journeys, Goals, Performance, Compensation, Security, Redwood, and Reporting

  • Drive the continuous enhancement of our systems capability

  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with the People Operations team and the larger People organization on implementation of solutions

  • Perform regular business process reviews to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans

  • Support long-term HR Technology roadmap

  • Ensure proper checks and balances, segregation of duties and meet standard audit and security protocols

  • Disrupt status quo and identify process and compliance improvement opportunities

  • Manage the ongoing delivery of work using Jira and Service Now

  • Ongoing development and training of HR systems policies and procedures

  • Partner with People Operations team to deliver clear best-in-class processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and automation/systemization of as much input as possible associated with employee life cycle events & transactions

  • Assist with data/analytics, reporting and dashboarding to proactively support managers’ and senior leaders

  • Support routine system and HR audit activities

  • Maintain control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges for supported applications

  • Manage ongoing Oracle release regression planning, testing, and improvements

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge And Skills

  • Proficiency with HR Technology applications (Oracle HCM Cloud)

  • Advanced project, program, process management, and organizational skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of functional and technical HCM/HRIS or general HR experience with progressive leadership responsibilities

  • OR High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of functional and technical HCM/HRIS or general HR experience with progressive leadership responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to perform complex reporting, dashboarding and data analytics

  • Robust experience supporting a multi-country employee base

  • Experience managing complex, global HR projects and operationalizing HR policies and strategy

  • Experience with workforce data & analytics platforms (Oracle HCM Cloud OTBI, Tableau, HCM Analytics)

  • Ability to understand and gauge impact for complex dependencies across multiple apps and workflows across an organization

  • Experience with implementing systems, developing end-to-end business processes, documenting requirements and creating quick start guides for end users

  • Experience with using Jira and ServiceNow
