Software Engineer I for Intelligrated Systems, LLC (Pittsburgh, PA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide software technical support for Honeywell Intelligrated customers.

•Answer customer phone calls and emails and help resolve software problems for customers.

•Perform root cause analysis of software issues for customers.

•Fix software defects by modifying software source code.

•Develop software enhancements to be sold for additional revenue.

•Deploy software modifications when scheduled.

•Document software troubleshooting processes.

-Job Site: Pittsburgh, PA

-40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 1 year of experience with software development. Full term of experience must include the following: writing code in Java; understanding various software development lifecycles. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted when not at customer site.
