Software Developer (Cobol Mainframe) (Multiple Positions with National Placement out of Allegheny County, PA) Minimum of either a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience or in the alternate a Masters with one (1) year of IT related experience.  Degree must be in either, Computers, Information Systems, Engineering, Management, Business or IT related field.   Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
