We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Release Train Engineer to join our Delivery Framework team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Facilitate the development events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement. Facilitates process and execution and drives a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice. Leads and/or participates in lean-agile transformations, coach leadership, and other teams in agile mindsets and new processes. Coaches leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in SAFe. Manages and optimizes the flow through the mandates and facilitates PI Planning and readiness. Works with the Agile Practice on operational excellence. Ensures strategy and execution alignment. Relevant Competencies: Agile Leadership- Advanced / Agile Methodologies-Expert / Budgeting-Intermediate / Business Process Improvement-Intermediate /Cross Functional Team Leadership-Advanced / Enterprise Architecture-Beginner / Facilitation-Advanced / Kanban-Advanced / Lean-Advanced / Program Management-Intermediate / Project Management-Intermediate / Project Planning-Intermediate / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)-Expert / Scrum-Advanced /Servant Leadership-Advanced / Vendor Management-Intermediate / Written and Oral Comms-Advanced Modified based upon local regulations/requirements To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
