REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Ten (10) years of experience must include: Leading programs/projects as per scaled Agile methodology and developing detailed project plans and schedules for projects, including goals, risks, budget allocation, and prioritization reviews while monitoring project results for significant deviations. Developing and refining technical and business requirements for implementation of complex, statistical, economical, mathematical models in technology platform solutions. Leading projects focused on statistical, economical, mathematical model domains and directing and partnering with quants and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of expected business outcomes. Documenting specifications for business intelligence and technical report design, including analysis of dashboards and other graphical presentations used for communicating results to business and technology leadership. Using delivery management of programs focused on adherence with regulatory or geographic trends used in business strategy decision making and implementing, executing, and conducting evidence controls oversight for enterprise risk management strategy, including Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), to provide direction and guidance to conduct and coordinate testing that ensures controls framework is consistent with defined requirements.
