Senior Business Systems Analyst :

• Gather and analyze business requirements from various units

• Translate business needs into clear specifications for programmers and developers

• Collaborate with clients to understand their information processing and computational requirements

• Coordinate and integrate computer systems within the organization to enhance compatibility and information sharing

• Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles

• Modify and expand systems to accommodate new purposes or improve workflows

• Utilize industry-standard methodologies to elicit functional and non-functional requirements

  Required Skills and Experience :

• At least 7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Proven track record in projects for major companies within the following industries: Banking, Mortgage, Finance, Financial Services (payment processing/funding)

• Atlassian tools, specifically both Confluence and Jira

• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria using industry-standard methodologies

• Experience in creating workflows and diagrams for complex solutions
