LGC Hospitality Staffing is a firm that specializes in the recruitment and placement of hospitality professionals within the industry.

LGC is looking for an eager and motivated candidate who is ready to make an immediate impact. Although this is a recruiting role we view this position as a sales position first and foremost. You will be on the phone for most of the day making outbound calls. The role of a recruiter is to seek the top candidates in the market place and to find them placements in the perfect role. Must be comfortable making and receiving high volume calls. Prior staffing experience is not necessary but always welcomed. The ideal candidate should have prior management experience and/or experience in the hiring process.

Additional responsibilities:

• crafting job ads

-screening candidates for qualifications

• filling out onboarding documents

• running required compliance checks

Must:

-have reliable transportation. Must be able to get to Greentree consistently.

• be able to work weekends.

• have a customer service driven attitude.
