Project Manager, Operations and Process Transformation - JR2422773

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Project Manager, Operations and Process Transformation, you will guide effective project execution across the Industrial Segment operations network. Optimization projects include large production transfers, plant relocation, new plant startups, upgraded warehouse / logistics facilities or processes. You will run small to large operational scope projects covering a mixture of short- and long-term time periods. You will report to the Industrial Segment Regional Network Director Americas and assist in the execution of the approved network plan.

Key Responsibilities  * Develop detailed project plans, oversee and report progress and performance, including managing changes in scope, schedule and costs.  * Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.  * Help define and prioritize optimization projects that are part of the Industrial Segment - Americas regional operations plan.  * Help identify process owners and resources needed to implement the projects.  * Travel up to 25%

Qualifications  * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent  * PMP Certification  * 8+ years experience in project management for manufacturing, operations, or supply  * Microsoft Project, Visual basics, Power BI, Excel
