Adecco US, Inc. Production Worker (general labor) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Adecco is seeking motivated Production Workers to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will be responsible for performing various production tasks and quality checks, while following safety and operational procedures. Training provided on 1st shift; permanent positions available on 2nd and 3rd shifts with shift differentials. If you are interested please read the summary and qualifications below.

Pay Rate: $19.59/hour + Shift Differential

Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 1pm - 9pm (+$0.50/hour)

  • 3rd Shift: 9pm - 6am (+$0.65/hour)

  • Training Shift: 1st Shift: 6am - 2pm (Temporary)

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Identify basic springs and follow crate identification procedures.

  • Complete production reports accurately and on time.

  • Adhere to quality requirements and safety policies.

  • Perform assigned tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Familiarity with general manufacturing practices and quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and manual handling.

  • Work near moving parts with exposure to hot, humid conditions and noise.

Pay Details: $19.59 to $20.24 per hour
