REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED, with business curriculum preferred and (1) year of experience

  • Pre-employment drug screening

  • Must be able to obtain, ACT 33/34/73 (criminal, child abuse and FBI)

ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Patient Access Representative to help us manage all of the essential non-clinical operations of our South Side location including: communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, Insurance registration and the basic coordination of day-to-day services. We are looking for a professional that has the experience with clerical/administration functions, confidentiality, verifying insurances, multi-tasking and works well within a team-based approach.

SCHEDULE (non exempt/hourly)

Monday - Friday 8am - 330pm
