JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team and play a critical role in modernizing our clinician-facing applications. This position is vital to enhancing patient care through the implementation, deployment, and support of cutting-edge digital health tools, AI-powered solutions, and robust communication systems. You will be a key contributor to ensuring the reliability and performance of our infrastructure, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare professionals.
This position involves implementing and deploying digital health tools and AI-driven solutions within our healthcare system, installing, configuring, and maintaining the critical infrastructure supporting clinician applications. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and proactively identifying and addressing potential infrastructure weaknesses to prevent future problems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive system documentation, participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours support, and collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals, providing excellent customer service. You will contribute to continuous IT infrastructure and process improvement, adhering to established corporate IT procedures, including change management, and staying current on healthcare IT advancements and best practices.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves on teams in clearly defining, with the customer, requirements, deliverables and timeframes. Escalates issues and makes recommendations to resolve them to the appropriate audience.
Conducts root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting IT Infrastructure.
Develops and/or delivers technical training in complex technical areas.
Completes project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
Assures compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
