As an Innovation Consultant you will work within PNC's Intelligent Automation organization. You will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Dallas, New York, New Jersey or Philadelphia.

The AI & Intelligent Automation Center sits at the intersection of business, innovation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to enable PNC’s businesses to transform. We solve the bank’s toughest problems while improving customer and employee experiences. As a Center of Excellence (CoE), we work hand in hand with different line of businesses and their technology teams to identify and help deliver high value business opportunities, maintain and enhance AI technologies and capabilities, and bring new AI technologies into the bank.

As an Innovation Consultant you will be responsible for keeping a pulse on emerging technology and innovative use cases through market research, vendor assessments, and proof of technology. You will work with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk and Legal to bring in new technologies.

Job Description

• Consults with business partners to leverage a human centered design approach to solve complex problems.

• Consult with the business partners to develop vision and strategy for the engagement and overall user experience.

• Leads the execution of research, synthesize and share key findings, provide recommendations to the business.

• Create storyboards, leads prototyping and testing of ideas and concepts in collaboration with the business.

• Facilitate and Educate employees to leverage human centered design. Champion and provide training to teams of employees.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $149,500.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
