About Us: Our Client is a 324-unit Affordable Housing community on the Northside.

Responsibilities: • Pick up trash around all properties including the office and warehouse. • Pick up the mail at the Post Office. • Clean out vacated units. • Deliver tools/materials to buildings as needed. • Assist with some maintenance tasks when needed. • Assist with replacing appliances as needed. • Assist with stocking materials at the warehouse when needed. • Spray/cut weeds along sidewalks and off-street parking areas as needed (subcontracted). • Assist with landscaping/trimming as needed. • Assist with snow removal as needed (subcontracted). • Pressure wash the dumpster areas/trash enclosures as needed.
