Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in the industry located in PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, United States. The workplace is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance

• Prepare and file tax returns

• Enter data into financial systems

• Create and analyze financial reports

• Address and resolve inquiries regarding financial records and transactions

• Ensure accurate recording of journal entries

• Assist with audits and execute the necessary accounting reports

• Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes

• Comply with state and federal tax filing requirements

• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in handling Journal Entries.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and dependability.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
