Responsibilities

 

• Recruit, train, and manage an inside sales team with a focus on revenue growth, retention and yield Management.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Mgmt to develop, store and update training materials.

• Implement an ongoing plan to provide collective and one to one training to sales team members. Implement best practices to test and measure results consistently. • Share best sales operations best practices with the Sales, Marketing and RevOps management teams. • Ability to travel to conduct business with clients and terminals is required • Ability to coach and train sales representatives on new techniques, services and applications • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

• Fluent English language skills required to communicate effectively with internal and external customers • Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Must be experience in Microsoft Office programs • Previous industry sales management experience is required • Must possess problem solving and analytical ability skills • Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record required • Proven ability to constructively communicate and motivate • Ability to develop revenue growth and profit enhancement strategies

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Heavy travel is required • Weekend and evening entertainment required
