Join our team. Make a difference - for us and for your future. Position Title: Emergency Management and Business Continuity Lead Business Unit: Business Continuity Reports to: Manager of Corporate Emergency Management and Business Continuity

Position Overview: The primary purpose of the position is to coordinate all emergency preparedness, business continuity and response planning efforts for the entire FNB footprint. The position will streamline emergency planning efforts across all lines of business culminating in a single point of reference for the dissemination of this information, and will assist in developing new policies and revising existing policies to meet the current emergency planning needs of FNB. The position will serve as a liaison to departments and the FNB regions to achieve and maintain disaster readiness. Primary Responsibilities: Maintains the Corporate Emergency Management and Business Continuity Plan as well as other related emergency plans. Leads business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning.Provides support and expertise during live events.Distributes and maintains quarterly certification verifications to all unit managers to assure disaster recovery unit plans are current and staff is aware of all emergency procedures. Advances understanding of disaster preparedness, response, mitigation, and recovery and applying these concepts in developing various types of emergency management projects. Assists in the development of recovery strategies in collaboration with the Disaster Recovery and IT teams. Partners with various internal department to assist & coordinate the annual Business Continuity Management plan maintenance Maintains an integrated network of emergency management tools and technologies that ensure effective information sharing between emergency management groups before, during and after emergencies. Develops exercise plans to include Master Scenario Events List, injects, scenarios, timelines and objectives and conducts the exercise.Identifies risks and internal controls in business continuity planning efforts to ensure compliance with proper directives.Prepares presentations, training outlines and other training materials, as required. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Licensures/Certifications Required to Perform the Primary Responsibilities of this Position: Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP) and/or Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) is preferred.
