DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Description POSITION SUMMARY: The E Commerce Team Lead is a shift/department supervisory position (key carrying.)  This position will aid the E commerce Manager and Assistant Manager with the responsibilities of the day-to-day activities and operation of a  E Commerce Department * Primary responsibilities of the Team Lead position will include providing leadership to staff, ensuring production, posting, listing, shipping, and goals are met, as specified. This position will also be expected to maintain and promote a safe and clean work environment among staff. This position supports Ecommerce, Etech and Ebooks operations.

Duties will also include but are not limited to: * Cover management duties, as assigned, in absence of Assistant Manager and/or Manager. * Have a working knowledge of all departments including e commerce, etech and ebooks. * Support and train staff in handling difficult and complicated processes.  * Ensure all department productions goals are met by assisting department staff as needed, including fulfilling the role of staff during vacancies or to increase production outputs. 

External Hiring Range: $14.95 up to $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday  Travel: Local travel may will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS: * 6 months of experience in management, supervising, or leading groups required. * Internal Candidates will be considered with - 6 months of experience working at Goodwill required

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS: * Candidates are expected to provide current, valid Child Abuse Clearance.
