PITT OHIO, a $900 million, high service, highly profitable, transportation solutions provider offering SUPPLY CHAIN, GROUND, LTL and TRUCKLOAD services is seeking a Customer Service Intern.This internship position is located at our corporate headquarters in the Strip District area ofPittsburgh, PA

 

Responsibilities

 

• Customer Service Analysis: Listen to phone calls and collaborate with agents to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer service duties (note: this role does not involve handling phone calls directly). • Process Learning: Learn and document the processes for managed accounts to ensure a thorough understanding of current operations. • AI Utilization: Evaluate and suggest ways the department can better utilize Copilot in their daily activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • AI Process Improvement: Learn our current AI processes and identify additional opportunities to utilize AI for automating processes, including suggesting ways to automate managed accounts.

• Training Manual Assistance: Assist with creating and updating the training manual using PowerPoint, Copilot, and Power BI. Develop solutions for capturing and transferring report data, and process managed account data

 

Qualifications

 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Computer Science or a related field

• Minimum GPA of at least 3.0

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams. • Experience with AI tools and automation processes is a plus. • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Copilot, and Power BI. • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
