As a Client Solution Specialist Senior within PNC's Guest Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.
Members of our team are responsible for both executive reception and Connect tasks. Executive reception duties consist of general administrative work such as answering executive phone lines, organizing reservations, management of day-to-day activities, maintaining the office, and receiving guests. A high level of focus should be centered on acting as a primary point of contact for all Executive Committee members, their direct reports and visitors to the Executive floor.
Connect tasks consist of answering the phone lines of various client-facing segments of the bank on behalf of enrolled employees. Our team takes client messages and effectively delivers them to their appropriate recipients.
Candidates for this role should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, detailed-focused environment. They must be able set the standard for providing warm, sincere, and engaging service to guests and clients. It is important to also anticipate the needs of the office and resolve problems quickly and efficiently as they occur. The person in this role must be dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service possible.
Job Description
Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.
Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions.
Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues.
Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed.
Serves as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
